Shipping & Delivery

Time Frame:

Select Preferred Delivery Date: This is not a garunteed delivery date, by default all orders ship express.  We will do our best to arrange for items to be delivered as close as possible to your preffered delivery date, but make no garuntees.

If we receive your order before 1pm QLD time we can usually pack and ship it the same day. If we are exceptionally busy or you place an order after 1pm we will pack and ship your order on the next business day.

We will notify you via email using the email address you supplied at checkout when your order has shipped and we will include the tracking number (connote #) and details so you can follow the shipments progress.

We package your products with the greatest care possible, however we understand that things can go wrong along the way. We will do our best to sort out any issues that may arise from you receiving broken, faulty or defective goods as a result of poor packaging or error on our part. Please contact us immediately if you receive your items and find them to be damaged.

We are currently unable to ship outside of Australia via our website, for special international orders please contact us using the contacts page.

Retail Customers:

All retail orders are shipped via either Star Track Express, TNT, Toll Ipec or Australia Post.  It is preferable that we deliver to street addresses and businesses, however delivery to PO Boxes and mail bags can be arranged. We suggest using an address where someone will be available to accept your delivery during business hours.

When you checkout, the two options for shipping are as follows:

Free Express Shipping - Permission To Leave: This option gives the courier permission to leave your parcel at your delivery address without a signature. Use the 'Delivery Instructions' message field in the checkout to give the driver instructions on where to leave your item if you are not home when they arrive.  For example “Leave under doormat” or “Leave under table on side verandah”.

$15 Express Shipping - No Persmission To Leave: Ensures the driver receives a signature from someone at the delivery address confirming delivery has been made. If you are not home at the time of delivery they will leave a calling card with instructions regarding re-delivery etc.


If you live in a remote or regional area on a property such as a farm or station where you know couriers do not deliver to, it's usually best to use the address 'Care Of Depot in YOUR TOWN' (eg: if your property is closest to Kingaroy use “Care of Depot Kingaroy”). If you provide a phone number that you are reachable on during business hours the local courier agent will be able call you to advise when they have your parcel and you can arrange with them what the best options are giving local circumstances etc.


Wholesale Customers:

Upon Checkout as a wholesale customer you're given the option for us to provide a shipping quote, or for you to pick up the item from our warehouse.


If you select to GET SHIPPING QUOTE we will pack your order and provide you with the details of the cheapest quote from our range of shipping accounts which are:Star Track Express, Australia Post, Toll Ipec, TNT, Followmont Couriers.  If you have a cheaper or prefered quote please advise us after we send you the notification.

If you are on a 30 day account we will send your order via your preffered courier.  If you are on a prepaid or are a new account we will require payment of your order including shipping before we send your order.  (For new accounts, your first three orders are required to be paid in full before being shipped.)


If you select PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE please ensure that you call us to arrange a time, generally we are here from 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri.  However we still require you to make an appointment to ensure successful pick ups, we will not be held responsible for missed pick ups if you have not called ahead.
